Andigpoi’s position must be given to the most influential person to make a decision on a matter. Members of NIkei will be selected from Pinjoindiig and Andigpoi with special criteria. These criteria consist of not being emotional when solving problems, wise, experienced, and fair. This position should not take sides with others.

Forests have a mystical value for this tribe. Forests also have cultural and social values for human life. The tribe uses forests for several main activities such as taking wood, gathering, hunting, and farming. This activity has been done for many years in a very long time. Forest utilization activities have been inherited by ancestors for thousands of years. This activity is also done by Dayak, Indians, and Aborigines. It is a principle that states that human relationships must be well preserved. Man must be able to maintain harmony from that relationship. This is an oral tradition taught from the previous rule. This principle governs human relationships with nature. This principle also regulates the relationship between community and family members. Moile tribe children are taught to be wise, fair, and honest. Human life has limits and everyone has to keep the limits in order to gain peace.
Hans said that the region of this tribe has several parts. That part is called Bahamti. This is a jungle forest that is not used for gardening. Tumti is a forest that is on the top of a mountain with a steep path and cannot be accessed by this tribe. The zone is a forbidden zone because the area is a buffer forest. The forest is the backbone of landslides and floods so this tribe has never entered the area.
